The customer service I received from Ann Hand was quite professional and impressive-in fact, it was outstanding. I received at least two (2) emails and one (1) personal phone call regarding my order. The personal phone call was very much appreciated and it let me know some actual person was involved. I was given status reports and kept in the loop. The pin I received was absolutely breath taking. It was more striking than I imagined from the pictures I saw on the web.
