Your packages will normaly arrive at the location you specify within 5 business days of receipt of your order. We will notify you by email of any delays. Items ordered together do not always arrive in the same box.

Shipping: Ann Hand ships by way of FedEx.
We offer FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery and Standard Overnight. Most orders should arrive in 3-7 business days. Please note: once shipments are picked up by FedEx the package or packages are out of our control. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by FedEx.
Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska must be sent via 2nd Day Shipping and require an additional three days for delivery and an additional shipping charge of $9.95. Please call to receive a quote for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.
FedEx can only ship to street mailing addresses (not PO Boxes or APO addresses). Please give us an accurate street address. If you give us an incorrect zip code you will be charged a FedEx re-delivery charge of $11. In addition, if your package is to be delivered to an office or apartment, you must enter the suite or apartment number. If this information is omitted your package will not be delivered and a charge of $11 will be added to your shipping charges by FedEx. Please call our Customer Service at 202-333-2979 to place your order if you need your package by a specific date.
If the customer provides us with incorrect or incomplete delivery information, Ann Hand reserves the right to place a hold on the shipment until the customer replies to our alert email and contacts us with their credit card information. For security reasons, we do not have access to the credit card information the customer provides online at the time of purchase. This information is held by the bank only.
Neither Ann Hand or FedEx are responsible for stolen or damaged items if the customer requests that the packages be released without a signature at the time of delivery.
International Orders (other than APO) are not accepted online. Please call us at 202-333-2979 if you wish to place an international order. For all International orders we will give you a customized shipping quote but it will not include charges for Duty, Vat or any other taxes.
APO, FPO, and AE orders are shipped via the US Postal Office and take additional handling and shipping time. We regret we cannot ship 2nd Day or Next Day. If you have any questions, please email us at: email@example.com.
We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. If your order is received Monday through Friday, it will normally ship within 48 hours. Whenever possible, orders received by 1 pm on a week day will be shipped the same day.
Orders shipped during our busy holiday season may take longer. Shipping times exclude holidays and weekends.
Weekend orders will normally be processed the following Monday or the next business day, which ever comes first. Please remember, FedEx delivery times refer to business days. Keep this in mind when requesting 2nd Day, 3rd Day or Next Day delivery.

Items shipped to a Washington,DC address are subject to a 5.75% DC tax. Items shipped outside of the District of Columbia will not be taxed.

Sorry, we do not accept returns of custom orders, political pins, engraved items, or merchandise altered in any way. All returned Items must be received in original packaging. Do not remove tags on jewelry.
For jewelry purchases of $150 or more our Deluxe Gold Gift Wrap is Complimentary. Please allow an additional day for gift wrapping. This is Ann's gift to you.
For our custom Gold Wrap on items under $150 please add $6.95 for our deluxe gold gift wrap.
Exchanges: If you are returning a product you received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item of equal value or for a gift certificate of equal value.
