Refund policy

We only accept returns for items that are unworn and in pristine condition, within 21 days of receipt for exchange or refund to the original credit card.

 You may return your Ann Hand design only in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Please ensure you have removed all other jewelry when trying on the piece so as not to scratch it. Ann Hand will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. 

All custom orders cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

All items returned must pass a mandatory Quality Control examination, and you will be notified of the examination results. It may take up to 14 business days before the refund is credited back to your original payment method.

You may choose to exchange or return an item that was gifted to you and purchased online. In case of an exchange for a less expensive item or a return, the amount will be automatically reimbursed to the original purchaser. You will be refunded the full amount of the product less shipping costs.
