Shipping policy

 

All of our packages are shipped by way of FedEx, except for APO military shipments. We offer FedEX Ground Delivery, FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx Priority overnight, and FedEx standard overnight. FedEx determines the cost of shipping. Ann Hand does not add a handling fee to the shipping costs. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. 

International Orders (other than APO, FPO and AE) as well as orders to Hawaii and Alaska are not accepted online. Please call us at 202-333-2979 if you wish to place an international, Hawaii or Alaska order. For all International orders we will give you a customized shipping quote but it will not include charges for Duty, Vat or any other taxes.

Please give us an accurate street address. If your package is to be delivered to an office or apartment, you must enter the suite or apartment number.

APO, FPO, and AE orders are shipped via the US Postal Office and may take additional handling and shipping time.  If you have any questions, please email us at: info@annhand.com.
